A Design Timeline in Prototypes

9 sample headbands,

7 sensor clusters,

4 elastomer meshes,

3 amplifier housings,

2 dozen sensors,

and a breakout board with legs assembly.

This is a fraction of the prototype parts we made during the development of the new CGX Quick-32r EEG headset. Additive manufacturing allowed us to make progress rapidly. Using HP Multijet Fusion, we could test even the smallest design changes within a matter of days.
